Récits organisationnels et reconnaissance

Des résumés narratifs générés par IA et une reconnaissance entre pairs limitée par un vrai budget mensuel, pas un bouton de louange illimité.
Donner et recevoir des félicitations

Open Develop & Perform → Praise leaderboard, or use Give praise on the dashboard. Praise is peer-to-peer recognition: any employee can send a short praise message to a colleague, optionally tagged to one of your company's core values (values are configured in Organization settings). Core Praise is included on Basic/Starter and above and in Careersome Light.

The giving wallet

  • Each employee gets a monthly allowance of 100 giving points
  • Sending a praise costs 20 points, so you can give up to 5 praises per month by default
  • The allowance resets monthly; unused points do not roll over
  • Receiving praise costs nothing and is not capped
  • If you run out of points, giving is blocked until the next month with a "not enough giving points" message

Where to see it

  • Your wallet shows remaining points, your monthly allowance, and praises left
  • You can view praise you have received (recent and full history)
  • An employee's full praise history on their profile is available on Basic/Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, but not on Careersome Light (platform.praise.employee_profile)

Leaderboard A company-wide leaderboard ranks who has received the most recognition. The leaderboard is a higher entitlement than core Praise: it is available on Professional and Enterprise only, and is not included in Basic/Starter or Careersome Light (platform.praise.leaderboard).

Good practice

  • Tag praise to a company value to reinforce the behaviours you want
  • Spread recognition; the monthly allowance encourages regular, specific praise rather than saving it all up
