A Journey is a milestone-based program assigned to an employee, built from one of four fixed program types: onboarding, growth, retention, or performance. Each Journey has a set of milestones with due dates; as milestones are completed, the employee's progress moves forward.

Where you see it

  • Admin / HR: a company-wide snapshot showing today's due items and total active Journeys across the organization.
  • Manager: due items for your direct reports only.
  • Employee: your own Journey progress - which milestone you're on, how many days in, and how many days the program covers in total. Risk flags and AI signals about your Journey are manager-only and are not shown on your own view.

Managing Journeys (Admin/HR) Admins and HR can view the fixed catalog of Journey building blocks ("primitives"), fork a template to customize it for your company, assign a Journey to an employee, and track or cancel assignments. Employees complete checkpoints as they go; Managers and HR/Admin can view assignment detail for people in their scope.
