Can any Manager approve any employee's time-off request, or only their own team's?

Honestly, the system checks that the approver has a Manager, Admin, or HR role and isn't approving their own request, but it doesn't currently verify the approver is specifically that employee's own reporting manager. Treat this as a trust boundary your organization manages by convention today.
