What's the difference between Basic, Professional, and Enterprise?

Basic includes recruiting, onboarding, core performance, time off, org chart, Journey milestones, and standard reporting. Professional adds AI-assisted candidate ranking, offboarding, compensation, engagement, company-level development and succession, timesheets, Organizational Stories, Praise with the leaderboard, the AI chat assistant, and deeper analytics. Enterprise is Professional-level scope with custom limits, services, and governance in your contract.
