We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of HR operations.

Provide administrative support across core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

Assist with posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and electronic)

Support payroll preparation by collating attendance and relevant HR data

Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees

Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives

Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues appropriately

Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labour regulations

Perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned.

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree

1 - 2 years experience in HR or a related field

Basic knowledge of HR processes, policies, and Nigerian labour laws

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

High level of attention to detail and confidentiality

Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
