To recruit, manage and retain competent Human Capital for the organization in the most cost-effective manner ensuring quality service delivery..
Manage Recruitment and Selection processes to ensure highest qualify candidates are sourced and retained.
Work closely with HOD to ensure growth and business performance, via effective implementation of HR strategy.
Manage Training and Development intervention programmes to close competency gaps.
Manage, supervise and implement the performance appraisal system for the company to ensure effective performance management system.
Drive effective communication to ensure ownership and buy-in of all change initiatives.
Ensure adherence to HR Policies and Procedures and carry out periodic reviews.
Manage industrial and employee relations issues.
B.Sc. In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification.
Minimum 5 – 7 years HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Have strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.
Have proven ability to design, implement, and manage performance management systems that drive accountability and business results.
Have the capacity to develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with labour laws and organizational objectives.
Have strong analytical capability to interpret HR data and generate insights for management decision-making.
