POSITION SUMMARY
The Store Officer will be responsible for handling warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring proper inventory management and workplace safety.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition.
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch spare parts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in stock counts.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety and security standards. Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities.
- BSc/HND Degree in any related discipline.
- Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
