About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, people-focused, operations-driven HR Manager who can maintain our elite service culture, manage a diverse workforce, and drive top-tier HR standards that match our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management:
End-to-end hiring for all clubhouse units (cashiers, waitresses, stewards, security, bouncers, hygiene, bar staff, kitchen staff, hosts/hostesses, dancers, DJs, etc.).
Conduct structured shortlisting, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality talent to reduce downtime during peak operations.
Training, Culture & Development:
Drive the club luxury service culture: grooming, presentation, behavior, and performance standards.
Organize daily pre-shift briefings and periodic refresher trainings.
Reinforce values: discipline, respect, speed, courtesy, and elite customer perception.
Employee Relations & Welfare:
Act as the bridge between management and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
Address conflicts professionally and resolve grievances timely.
Maintain attendance systems, punctuality discipline, and documentation.
Support welfare initiatives that improve morale and reduce turnover.
Performance & Discipline Management:
Track KPIs and performance metrics across all units.
Document infractions and enforce disciplinary procedures fairly.
Handle warnings, suspensions, and terminations as required.
Support managers in monitoring staff behavior on and off the floor.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date employee files, contracts, appraisals, and onboarding records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety guidelines.
Prepare HR reports for management.
Operational Support During Club Hours:
Visibility during operations to monitor staff conduct and uniform standards.
Support security, cashiers, hosts, dancers, bar, and floor teams as needed.
Ensure staff are positioned correctly and working efficiently.
Requirements
BSc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 5+ years HR experience (hospitality/nightlife experience is a strong advantage).
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee management, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced nightlife operations.
Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
High level of discipline, confidentiality, and maturity.
Must be able to work nights/weekends occasionally during operations.
