About the job
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for acquiring new travel service partners, onboarding content creators, collaborating with tourism boards, and driving marketing initiatives that grow TravelTube's user base and content ecosystem. You will also support sales funnels across TravelTube Shop, Arrival Box, AirPin, and the Creator/Business onboarding systems. This is a fast-paced, creative, and impact-driven role for someone passionate about travel, culture, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Partnerships
Identify, pitch, and onboard travel service providers (hotels, tours, experiences, restaurants, transport services) to TravelTube.
Build partnerships with museums, galleries, cultural centers, tourism boards, and storytelling institutions.
Acquire and support travel content creators, influencers, and storytellers.
Sell TravelTube advertising packages, brand placements, and creator collaboration opportunities.
Pitch and onboard vendors for Arrival Box, TravelTube Shop, and local merchant programs.
Track and achieve monthly partnership and revenue targets.
Marketing & Growth
Design and execute marketing campaigns that grow user engagement and platform visibility.
Support the rollout of new TravelTube features (AirPin, Nearby, Portal, Entertainment, etc.).
Lead community activation events, campus engagement, and tourism campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional content (videos, flyers, social media assets).
Manage travel creator outreach campaigns and storytelling movements (e.g., Global Story Revival).
Business Operations
Maintain CRM records for partners, prospects, and clients.
Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, leads, and conversion performance.
Coordinate with product and operations teams for partner support and feature feedback.
Ensure all partners are actively using and benefiting from the platform.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (tech, media, or travel industry is a plus).
Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with creators, businesses, and cultural institutions.
Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and influencer ecosystems.
Passion for travel, culture, and storytelling.
