Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Internal Finance and Account Support:

  • Shall ensure regular bank reconciliation and produce report on same to Head of Finance
  • Ensure media partners' payment after generation of compliance with PO/invoicing processes, as agreed with client.
  • Assist in managing Financial Resources of the Company.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly management account in comparison with budget.
  • Assist in managing cash flow projection statements.
  • Provide timely support in the maintaining and reconciliation of receivables and payables.
  • Ensure proper checks and balance of accounts.
  • Assist Human Resources in the preparation of Staff-salary
  • Ensure verification of bank charges and other charges from vendors.
  • Ensuring prompt remittances of tax liabilities and other deductions from monthly payroll to the respective agencies of Government/beneficiaries - PAYE, WHT, VAT, NSITF, ITF and Pension.
  • Provide support in the remittance of payment to banks.

Internal Processes and Business reporting:

  • Keep record of all transactions and do presentation to group on business performance as and when required (weekly, monthly or annually).
  • Keep abreast of business and technology evolution, research and innovate new and better ways to improve processes.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and adherence to business processes.

Responsibilities The Vice President, Internal Audit will have a dual reporting role, functionally and directly to the Board of Directors and administratively to the CEO.
