Job Description

Assist IT staff in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, software, and peripherals.
Provide basic technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Help maintain IT assets, including tracking hardware, software, and licenses.
Support the IT team in monitoring network performance and reporting connectivity or system issues.
Assist in documenting IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
Help with IT procurement processes and ensure proper filing of related documents.
Support end-user training sessions on basic IT systems and applications.
Perform general administrative support duties for the IT department as assigned.
Learn and follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers
