Job Description

Detailed information about the role and requirements

Managing the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and the onboarding of new employees.
Administering employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and overseeing compensation programs.
Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, investigating complaints, and promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Assisting with employee performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting professional development and training programs.
Developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as adhering to labor laws and regulations
Maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with payroll processing, and creating official HR documents.
Identifying training needs and coordinating development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Analyzing HR data to create reports for decision-makers and support strategic planning.
