Gokada is an on-demand transportation company or motorbike hailing service headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. We are currently recruiting a Technology Training Officer in Lagos.

Position summary

• We seek a Technology Training Officer that will prepare, conduct and evaluate technology training programs for our pilots.
• S/he will prepare modules and materials to be used in programs to enhance lectures.
• S/he would conduct classes regarding safety, security, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment.

Job Description

• Train new and existing pilots on the GOKADA app, google maps and every tech related aspect of their day to day activities
• Perpetual development of training content based on the latest industry, organizational trends & standards as regards technology
• Conduct tests at the end of each training session
• Develop test questions as regards test
• Assist with all training activities as directed by the Training Manager
• Schedule and facilitate training sessions for existing drivers based on weekly reports from the Operations department

Requirements

• At least two years of working experience (Tech related is most preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (Writing and Speaking)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google suite apps
• Profound knowledge of ride-hailing and navigation applications
• In-depth knowledge of latest industry trends and standards as regards technology.
