Formplus is a web-based software that helps users gather data, processes this data and lets them make data-driven decisions. We are currently looking for a creative and driven individual to fill the position of a Technical Support Representative in Yaba, Lagos.

Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative at Formplus, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests across channels effectively
• Investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
• Reporting and escalating issues when necessary
• Assisting the product and engineering team

Minimum Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• General understanding of software applications and how the Internet works
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Technical background is an added advantage
