Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a well-motivated Sales Associate to help us build up our business activities.
The Sales Associate responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through visits and phone calls, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate sales options
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door to door visiting to generate lead
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Organizing sales visits on a daily basis to customers and prospects.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Review sales performance that aims to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in business related field
• Experience in Sales and Marketing is a plus
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Fast learner and quick thinker
• Passionate about sales
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
• Competency in Yoruba
