Property Administrator at FirstCourt Property Limited
FirstCourt Property Limited, a reputable real estate agency, is hiring a Property Administrator in Ikorodu, Lagos.
Job Role / Responsibilities
- Organizing contractors / vendors to attend to maintenance issues and liaising with landlords where applicable
- Property File upkeep
- Putting together, printing and sending out property lists
- Handling day to day operations
- Assisting sales team members
- Updating banking, pipeline and weekly spreadsheets
- Maintain office supplies
- Keep a handle on all invoices / accounts / chasing completion monies
- File chasing
- To provide administrative support
- To create brochures, flyers, marketing material, window cards, place properties on the internet
- To create invoices for fees and disbursements
- To help in providing an aftercare service to our clients
- Answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages
- Archiving electronic records and files and general file administration
- Ask questions, interact and discuss objectives and day to day work of your team
- Be responsible for the weekly and monthly and ad hoc advertising
- Be responsible for general office housekeeping
- Be responsible for petty cash
- Ordering stationery
- Arranging property viewing and survey appointments
Job Requirements
- Qualification: BSc / HND
- Experience: 1 -3 years
Salary
- N40,000 - N50,000 / Month
