Online Customer Service Representative at Owens & Xley
Owens & Xley - Our client, a leading and award winning fashion brand is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of an Online Customer Service Representative in Lekki, Lagos.
Description
- Post daily on the Instagram page to drive customer retention
- Receive and make customer calls.
- Record documentation of all customer interactions with contact details.
- Reply all DM's and emails
- Support the sales team with daily sales
- Review outstanding payments
- Send bulk messages to potential sellers on Instagram
- Keep records of customers and seller's testimonials.
- Create and post a style, motivation or humor post on Instagram/Website/Blog.
- Give daily operations feedback details to management.
- Participate and organize successful pop up shops for the sales of stock.
- Do any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- HND / BSc in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience (Minimum of 1 year) in a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong use of Excel
- Strong Use of Canva
- Strong use of Instagram
- Must be able to resolve and escalate customer complaints
- Must live in Lekki Axis.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / month.Method of Application
