MacTay Consulting - Our client; an ICT firm is recruiting to fill the position of Microwave Back Office Engineer in Lagos.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in telecom or equivalent degree

• At least 2 years’ experience of data configuration and commissioning of telecoms systems.

• Technology skills in other vendor products will be considered.

• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team.

• Strong leadership, team and project management skills and experience with a variety of telecom projects.

• International work and multi project experience is desired.

• Familiar with IP transmission principle, able to design OM, Clock and Signaling network

• Familiar with the Microwave Architecture, Interface and Protocols.

• Need to familiar with optimization or with the ability to control and follow up with Optimization.

• Able to do the network trouble shooting.
