Dutum Company Limited - we are hiring a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer in Lagos.

Job Description

• Managing power generation, transmission and distribution
• Working with high and low voltage equipment
• Managing and maintaining building services, such as lighting, cooling, ventilation and lift systems
• Carrying out feasibility studies for new technical developments
• Drawing up project plans, making models, prototypes and circuit diagrams for high and low voltage electrical equipment
• Budgeting and estimating materials and manpower to executive electrical systems for projects
• Overseeing technicians and craftspeople
• Testing installations and systems
• Ensuring projects meet safety regulations
• Overseeing inspection and maintenance program
• Liaising with clients to meet their electrical needs
• Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines
• Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
• Provide assistance and support to other members of the engineering team within the office. Undertake constructive peer reviews of other designer’s projects.
