Joeny Holdings Limited, an engineering, construction and servicing company, is hiring a Human Resources/Admin Assistant in Port Harcourt .
Qualifications- B. Sc in any discipline
- Minimum of 1year experience hands on experience in HR/Admin function
- Must Possess good communication skill (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in human resource roles is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft office software a plus
- Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standard
