HR Shared Services Executive at Interswitch
Interswitch, an integrated digital payments and commerce company, is hiring a HR Shared Services Executive in Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Purpose
- To provide support to the HR team through a prompt response on shared services Operational activities thereby improving employee satisfaction
- To Provide support on all HR transaction activities
Key Responsibilities
- Improve customer Service through Prompt response to employee requests and complaints in line with agreed SLA
- Responsible for shared services operations and transactions and give insights on how to improve operational efficiency
- Manage employee on-boarding and Day 1 readiness to improve new hire employee experience and seamless integration to Interswitch culture
- Responsible for accuracy of employee records and document control including initiatives to improve employee documentation
- Responsible for effecting staff redeployment and follow up to ensure update on all platforms
- Manages and respond to previous employer references and letter request within agreed SLA
- Design and execute shared services surveys to solicit feedback from employees and provides action plan of improving employee satisfaction and experience
- Assist in daily HR transactional operations
- Manages relationships with external service providers
- Attends to and resolves staff queries relating to shared services and escalates complex queries as appropriate
- Responsible for an end to end document management and retrieval
- Update HR Data regularly
- Prepares highlights of policy reviews and documents changes to support the policy approval process
- Provides advice to staff on employee relations issues by providing clarification on company policy and other matters
- Ensure adherence to company / HR policy
- Provide advice on employee staff welfare issues
On-Boarding:
- Manages end-to-end on-boarding of all new hires
- Ensure that all new hires documentation is sighted, verified and documented
- Ensure the availability of work tools and access control cards for all new hires as part of day 1-readiness
- Provides administrative support (e.g. candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling etc.) for all recruitment
- Ensure proper on-boarding of new joiners and documentation requirements for new staff
- Facilitate and participate in new staff induction program
- Coordinates the scheduling of new joiners for pre-employment medical tests (for recruitment screening)
Disciplinary and grievance:
- Maintains staff disciplinary, grievance records and appropriate filing of such records
Exit management administration:
- Ensures that all exit management procedures and documentation are completed and filed
- Academic Qualification(s): Good 1st first degree (business discipline / social sciences)
- Experience (Number of relevant years): 2 years of relevant HR administrative experience
