Front Desk Officer at Genesis Group - Port Harcourt
Genesis is a wholly Nigerian owned group with business interests in hotels, restaurants, cinemas, shopping malls, real estate development, catering and snack foods. We are recruiting to fill the position of a Front Desk Officer in Port Harcourt, Rivers.
Job Brief
- We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at our hotel.
- The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.
- You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
- The goal is to make guests feel comfortable and valued.
Qualification
- Candidate should possess B.Sc / HND qualification
- 1-3 years working experience
- Must have completed NYSC
Requirements:
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
