We are looking for a Distribution Associate to serve as a link between our distribution centers and customers in Ibadan.

Job Details

His/Her role as a logistics/distribution associate is to organize the distribution of ordered goods. S/He will ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time, be involved in transportation and monitoring the flow of goods. Understanding how to manage the entire order cycle is important to coordinate it effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage logistics for excellent customer services
• Load delivery vehicles with products
• Use IT systems to manage delivery times and transport costs
• Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Ensure that transport vehicles are in good working conditions.
• Plan vehicle routes and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Logistics Officer or related field
• Demonstrable ability to learn
• Good knowledge of Ibadan's road network and routes
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• OND holder in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields
