Alan & Grant, a firm of consultants creating innovative HR & Enterprise Solutions, is recruiting to fill the position of Business Development Executive (Brand & Marketing) in Lagos.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and improve proposals for our existing & new clients
• Develop & deliver pitches to potential customers
• Analyze current & past financial data, such as sales reports, & provide strategies to cut costs & increase revenue
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities & engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
• Provide training and mentoring for other team members

Requirements

• B.Sc degree in any related field with 1-3 years' experience
• Oral & written communication expertise
• Negotiation skills
• Proven sales track record
• Experience in customer support
• Ability to build rapport and manage relationships
• Use of Microsoft Office tools
• Tenacity and ability to learn and grow fast
• Digital/Social Media Marketing skills.
