    Job Summary

    • We are seeking to hire a motivated Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals.
    • Candidates should have the right blend of analytical talent and business know-how.
    • Successful applicants should be team players who not only understand how to identify a new market opportunity, but also know what it takes to lead a team forward and realize that opportunity.
    • We’re especially looking for someone with great communication skills, as you’ll be expected to interact with executives and clients on a daily basis.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in selling ICT solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.
    • Research the market for the identification of new business opportunities.
    • Intimate prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with same in order to close business deals.
    • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
    • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
    • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
    • Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.

    Education, Essential Skills and General Requirements

    • B.Sc in any field.
    • The ability to think logically
    • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solutions
    • Problem solving skills
    • A strong customer focus
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Skills of persuasion
    • Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships.
