    Paykobo.com, an e-commerce retailer, is hiring, a Bid and Tender Officer in Ikeja, Lagos.

    Job Description

    • Assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets.
    • Serve as Company Representative in deliberations, Seminars and exhibitions.
    • Facilitate delivery of competitive bids and tenders.
    • Prepares initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals.
    • Follow through successful acquisitions to completion.
    • Develop and manage the bid timetable, managing inputs and suppliers as appropriate to ensure all key milestones are met.


    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Understanding the first principle of commercial and proposal packaging is key.
    • Knowledge of preparing Project Schedule
    • Written skills including ability to summarize and synthesize complex documents and information, high standard of both written and spoken English
    • Editing and proof-reading skills & high level of accuracy
    • Professional with strong communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
    • 1-year experience in a similar role
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.
