Prowedge is a Consulting firm, passionate about aiding small and medium-sized organizations to achieve their ultimate goals of sustainability and growth. We are recruiting to fill the position of an Administrative Officer / Front Desk in Lagos.
Job Summary
- As an administrator, you will ensure productivity within the work place, and the smooth running of the client’s office, by providing the rest of the staff with administrative support.
- Your task will include; Ensure proper data and record keeping, scheduling appointments and meetings, ensuring compliance to company’s policy, and preparing reports, proposals or presentations, as assigned.

- Coordinateoffice activities and operational units to secure efficiency and compliance to company culture & policies.
- Take minutes at management meetings. And report when requested.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Greet, Welcome, record, and guide all visitors
- Answer questions and address complaints from visitors.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures & systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Requirements
- A Youth service copper with a minimum of a HND in Business administration, Office Practice &Administration or any other related field (Certifications will be an added advantage).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in administrative functions.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
Salary
N50,000 / month.How to Apply
