    OutsideIn HR is an innovative organisation focused on developing people with a vision to revolutionise HR in Nigeria and impact Africa. We are recruiting to fill the position of Accounts and Operations Officer in Lagos.


    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience working in a large accounting function.
    • 18 months or less experience working within a busy and effective finance department.
    • Solid understanding of the relationship of internal control and business processes with financial statements and financial statements assertions.
    • Working knowledge of VAT and its application.
    • Good working knowledge of general ledger, fixed assets and accounts payable systems.
    • Demonstrated mathematical and analytical knowledge and the ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem.
    • Experience in implementing change to maximize efficiency in processes, reaults and team structure.
    • Excellent systems experience including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Very importantly, the ideal candidate must be a chartered accountant or in the process of getting accredited.
