PRIMERO Transport Services Limited - We are recruiting to fill the position of an Account Officer in Lagos.
Job Description
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
- Maintain account payable and receivables records - Invoice posting, payable and receivable reporting
- Reconcile ticket vendor account - daily revenue reconciliation, revenue reporting, machine balances report.
- Prepare monthly diesel expense analysis report
- Raise internal memos and prepare bank instructions for vendor payments
- Petty cash management
- Tax management- withholding tax and VAT.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting and Finance. Minimum 2.1
- Relevant Professional Certification e.g ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA will be added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years.
Functional / Technical:
- Microsoft Office
- Relevant ERP - Quickbooks.
