PRIMERO Transport Services Limited - We are recruiting to fill the position of an Account Officer in Lagos.

Job Description

• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement
• Maintain account payable and receivables records - Invoice posting, payable and receivable reporting
• Reconcile ticket vendor account - daily revenue reconciliation, revenue reporting, machine balances report.
• Prepare monthly diesel expense analysis report
• Raise internal memos and prepare bank instructions for vendor payments
• Petty cash management
• Tax management- withholding tax and VAT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and Finance. Minimum 2.1
• Relevant Professional Certification e.g ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA will be added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years.

Functional / Technical:

• Microsoft Office
• Relevant ERP - Quickbooks.
