isabiDeliver is an online on-demand delivery service that connects customers to a fleet of independent dispatchers able to pickup item from a pickup point to deliver safely and in less than an hour to a delivery location. We are hiring a Virtual Customer Care Representative in Abuja.
Job Description
- Answer calls
- Take customer Requests and input in App
- Follow up with agents handling customer Requests
- Ensure all customer Requests are assigned to an agent and completed
- Build good relationship with customers
- Generate report.
Requirements
- Must live in Abuja
- Must be Female
- Good in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skill
- Ability to work without supervision
- Teamwork skill
- Emotionally intelligent
- Know how to use Google map
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Condition:
- Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm Online.
Remuneration/Benefit
- Salary: N30,000/month
- Internet and Call Allowance: N5000/month
