Formplus is a subscription-based web application that helps businesses know their customers more while improving their business operations.

Formplus allows businesses to create online forms, along with progressive offline forms that reach online/offline audiences. We are hiring a UI/UX Specialist in Lagos.

As a UI/UX specialist, here are some of your required job responsibilities;

• Perform constant user experience review by monitoring user sessions and documenting observations
• Maintain a design system for consistency and optimize existing user interface designs according to best practices
• Conduct user experience research and briefly test UI design ideas for new features through prototyping if necessary.
• Work closely with the product and user experience team to deliver optimal user interfaces across the website and core application.
• Contribute to discussions around user-facing designs.

Job Requirements for this role include;

• At least 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of at least one (each) of the latest Industry design and prototyping tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Invision, Sketch etc.)
• Great approach to problem-solving and drive for learning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about UI/UX (User interface / User experience) design and growth in the field

Nice to have (not required)

• Basic knowledge or understanding of CSS styles

This is a full-time onsite position at Yaba, Lagos
