Capital Luxury is a holding company with many subsidiaries into Real Estate, Automobiles, Logistics, Transit and Hospitality. We are recruiting to fill the position of Ticketer / Customer Service Officer in Uyo, Akwa Ibom.
Job Description
- Calculate expenses, write and sell tickets to passengers.
- Help passengers by answering question on travel arrangement.
- Help passengers to plan for their trips
- Help to make and confirm reservations.
- Provide good customer service.
- Rebook tickets and other arrangements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1- 2 years work experience.
- Ability to make accurate bookings for customers.
