    Talentsquare, a Human Resources company, is hiring Sales Ambassadors for her client in Lagos.

    Job Description

    Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to be the face of our company and promote their cars and automobile products and servixes. They are looking for an individual who is able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all of the models being sold, will deliver high quality customer service and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.

    If you enjoy communicating with customers both online and offline, we would like to meet you. To be a successful Sales Ambassador, you should be an excellent social media user, with the ability to advertise products and answer client queries online. Offline you should be able to deal clients in-store inquiries and complaints.

    Ultimately, you should be able to increase the company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities both inside and outside of the store.

    Responsibilities

    • Breaking new grounds for fleet sales
    • Liaising with the sales manager on strategies to move sales forward.
    • Observing market trends both at state and national levels as regards purchasing policies, products range structure, establishment of prices, target orientation in sales.
    • Prospecting Cooperate Organisations and Individuals.
    • Development / Initiation of marketing plans
    • Develop sales forecast in line with the business potential and importer/Trading house marketing strategy.
    • Develop sales strategy in conformity with marketing strategy
    • Develop the sales budgets.
    • Responsible for manpower development, planning and arranging regular product, selling skills, vehicle financing, and customer satisfaction training courses for the sales ambassadors.
    • Conduct Sales meetings and attend Executive Management meetings
    • Draw effective market plan and apply them to a achieve result
    • Ensure the meeting of the company's targets
    • See to the marketing of the company and its product; this involves the building of credibility and the instilling and heightening of public faith in the company.
    • Attracting new customers and ensuring that existing ones are retained / maintained
    • Time scheduling and coordination of appointment
    • Ensuring that customers are properly and adequately educated on our range of products and after sales services
    • Participate in strategic marketing decisions for a variety of customer segments, advertising, direct marketing, and promotional issues.
    • General management of the office.

    Qualifications
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Ambassador, or a similar roles
    • Experience creating online content
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Professional attitude
    • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
    • Experience in retail sales is a plus
    • HND/BSc in Marketing or relevant degree

    Additional Information

    Salary - N80,000 (Naira)
