Job Descriptions

• Market research, data gathering, and detailed analysis of data gathered.
• Using available research and presentation tools.
• Project management.
• Reviewing reports from specific departments.
• Maintaining updated records managing relevant data base of all activities and projects.
• Manage feedback from stakeholders and monitoring progress.
• Innovating and offering new ideas and approaches for developing new or existing projects.
• Staying appropriately networked and keeping abreast of trends, news, events and deadlines.
• Oversee and where appropriate, develop a small team of staff and interns in your area of responsibility.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence for the office of the managing director.
• Performing other duties that may be assigned by the management.
• Representing the company at meetings locally or internationally.
• Regular report and presentation to the managing director and boards of directors for consideration.
