Job Details

• Measurement of Building/Civil works
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials as specified for projects
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Measurement and valuation of work done on site
• Liaise with construction team, such as site managers, project managers, project architects and site engineers for specifications
• Attend pre-contract, post contract and other meetings relating to the delivery of QS Services.
• Follow up, monitor all deliverables and tasks assigned for QS services, analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Monitor vendor payments and delivery of procured materials to site, prepare periodic site inventory reports
• undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• perform risk, value management and cost control
