Payhaven - We are a fintech automating how people exchange currencies. We are recruiting to fill the position of a Quality Assurance Analyst in Remote.

What to Expect Next:

• You will receive an email with a link to start your self-paced, online job application.
• Our hiring platform will guide you through a series of online “screening” assessments to check for basic job fit, job-related skills, and finally a few real-world job-specific assignments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Automating QA tests - you will spend 50% of your time writing tests using Gherkin, which we will teach you how to use on your first day.
• Executing automated QA tests - you will spend the other 50% of your time executing tests, validating the results, and identifying any unexpected issues.

What You Won’t Be Doing:

• Executing all of your tests on the same product - we want all of our QA testers to explore our portfolio of over 100 products, and we split our testing between our team members so that they can be run in parallel.
• Coding - using Gherkin, you will be able to automate QA tests without any coding experience.
• Writing unit or integration tests - these are done by our software engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality, automated QA tests that can be executed by any member of the QA testing team.
• Accurate test execution results, including bug and escalation reports where these are required.

Basic Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
• Manual QA testing experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work 100% remotely.
• Knowledge of simple programming languages like PHP, HTML and Javascript
