The Formplus team is looking to bring on a product manager.

Job Description

• Identifying, researching and gathering product requirements including feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Working with cross-functional team members to ensure prompt product delivery and successful product releases
• Coordinate product planning, product strategy, and writing product requirements definition for new product features and enhancements
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the product and generating new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
• Managing, monitoring, and analysing usage of the product.
• Creating and refining product and process documentation
• Performing market research and competitor analysis

Requirements

• Understanding of what product management is and an interest in building a career in Product Management
• Knowledge and interest in the technology industry (especially startups) and understanding of how software products work
• 1-2 years experience in Product Management
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Great collaboration and time management skills
• Ability to take initiative and pay attention to detail
• An eye for design and great user experiences
• Passionate about helping people, understanding, and solving customer problems.
