Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 2:1 and above
• Demonstrated interest in governance, policy research
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Strong planning and organizational skills with problem solving attitude
• Attention to detail
• Self starter with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be confident and articulate
• Must be decisive, action-centered, ‘gets things done’, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
