Job Brief
- We are looking for a versatile and highly organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for senior management.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- And other administrative functions.
Requirements
- OND in Secretarial studies, Administration or any related field.
- 1 year experience in administration.
- Excellent knowledge of office software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
