Payroll Specialist at Workforce Group
Workforce Group - We are hiring a Payroll Specialist for our client.
Description
- Receive approval from the client and management for payments when needed
- Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks
- Process taxes, remittances and payment of employee benefits
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Prepare reports for client, management, finance department
Job Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in business accounting or relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience as payroll specialist
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant payroll software
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
