    Alexander Nelson HR - A real estate company located in Ikoyi, Lagos, is currently seeking an IT Assistant.

    This individual will assist in carrying out non-critical routine operations, and perform duties such as configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Support by providing daily administrative support.

    • Report any repairs and maintenances to the team.

    • Maintain standard filing system for easy and quick document access and retrieval.

    • Provide technical assistance to office staffs as needed.

    • Assist in software and hardware upgrades.

    • Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.

    • Organize and process help desk support requests.

    • Develop organizational goals or objectives.

    • Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities.

    • Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.

    REQUIREMENT

    •Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related degree

    • MCP or CCNA Added advantage

    • Basic IT support understanding with hands-on experience

    SALARY: NGN 50,000 - NGN 80,000
