THE ROLE

We are looking to build a team of skilled installers for our blinds and curtains. You will be responsible for taking accurate measurements on site, installing our different products and programming our motorised products.

The ideal candidate will have training and experience in blind installation. You will receive specialised training to understand our specific blind and curtain types, how to install to our standards, and how to program automations. You should have good verbal and written communication skills. You must be professional, organised, reliable and a quick learner.

This is a contract role and you will work on an as needed basis/project basis. There is the opportunity for this to evolve to a full-time roll as the business grows.

• Taking accurate measurements on site
• Installing blinds
• Programming automations
• Troubleshooting issues on site

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or HND
• Experience installing window blinds
• Hard working, organised, reliable and productive,
• Understanding of metric system – mm, cm and metres
• Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Good people skills, customer service and professionalism.
