    • Zanibal solution includes a trading and integration platform based on the Zanibal eFinance Suite which includes an Order Management System (OMS), an Asset Management Solution, Client Web Channels, a FIX gateway for integration with the exchange and counter parties and integration with payment systems for cash management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Participate in the recruitment process
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support
    • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
    • Perform data entry and scan documents
    • High level of confidentiality
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
    • Maintain contact lists
    • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
    • Perform other related duties as required.


    REQUIREMENTS

    • Candidate must have a minimum of a B.Sc. Degree (2nd Class Upper) in Management or related discipline.
    • At least 6 months experience in HR/Admin/Finance
    • Accounting knowledge is a plus.
    • People-oriented and willing to learn
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Must be a self-starter and be able to think out of the box.
