Human Resource Manager at The Blowfish Group

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases,online and offline
- Conduct interviews and filtercandidatesfor open positions
- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, consultation with managers, or Customer's online review.
- Attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Busines Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years cognate experience in same field
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
