Parkway Project Limited is a Financial Technology Company that provides simple, intuitive, end-to-end corporate, retail and transaction banking solutions. We are currently recruiting to fill the position of a Graduate Trainee - Support Engineer in Lagos.

Core Responsibilities

• Certify compliance of On-site IT systems infrastructure to requirements & specification for every solution deployment
• Internal & On-site Deployment, Patching or System Integration of Software Solutions in production environments or live service systems.
• Logging & documentation of deployment configurations, re-configurations and system patching.
• The delivery and administration technical support for deployed solutions in accordance with the established service level for clients.
• Configuration support & administration of internal IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server.
