Stern & Kay is a management consulting firm providing consulting services to organisations to help them anticipate and identify human capital management needs. We are recruiting to fill the position of Graduate Assistant in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Job Descriptions
- Render administrative support to the Learning & Development department by assisting in generating timely and appropriate research materials.
- Assisting in organising training programmes.
- Provide support in managing day to day office operations and processes while supporting other functions across board.
- Record keeping, update and maintaining departmental files.
- Despatch of documents and letters to clients, banks and tax office.
Qualification/Requirement
- HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
- 0-3 years work experience.
- Experience in general office administration
- Understanding of basic business principles
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proximity of applicants to Lekki Phase 1 will be added advantage.
