Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
■ Space management.
■ Building and grounds maintenance;
■ Facility, store and contract management;
■ Planning and Supervision
■ Utilities and communications infrastructure;
Other Responsibilities include:
■Project management, supervising and coordinating work of contractors;
■Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;
■Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling;
■Ensuring projects meets health and safety requirements;
■Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
■Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement;
■Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Qualifications
■A HND/ Bsc in any related field
■A minimum of 2 Years’ experience in facility management.
