Spleet is a subscription-based home rental company that helps our members live affordably and our homeowners get the best value from their homes. We are a 2-year-old company with a lot of happy customers and exciting product ideas. To help us continue to build a strong customer affinity with our offerings and by extension grow our business, we are looking to hire a smart, passionate and enthusiastic facility manager who will take ownership of making sure Spleet homes maintain the high standards expected of us.

About the role

As an FM, you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance, operational reporting and management of Spleet properties. You will be the first point of contact when it comes to all maintenance issues. We've promised our customers excellent service and you'll be the face of that promise. Being the superwoman/man that you are, you will need the ability to always think on your feet, be a champ at problem-solving, pay attention to details and do whatever it takes to make sure Spleet provides a world-class experience. Oh! one more thing, you'll have to be in love with the madness that is Lagos traffic.

In this role, you will;

• Ensure our properties, facilities and appliances are well maintained.
• Regularly visit our properties and carry out inspections, ensuring all properties and appliances are fit for purpose.
• Ensure all properties meet health and safety guidelines and standards.
• Liaise with external contractors and technicians as necessary.
• Manage budgets and ensure we are taking cost-effective measures.
