    Crestsol Limited is recruiting an Executive Assistant (Admin/HR/Protocol/Reception) for an affiliate Infrastructure Construction Company that offers integrated engineering solutions, and related building construction products and services across Nigeria.

    Job Summary
    The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    • We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant (Admin/HR/Protocol/Reception) for the provision of professional/non-technical support services to a multi-disciplinary Engineering (Infrastructure) Construction Company offering integrated engineering solutions, and related building construction products and services across Nigeria and Africa.
    • As an Executive Assistant (Admin/HR/Protocol/Reception), your role essentially includes but not limited to the following: HR Services, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Calendar Management, Client Relations, Design and maintain a filing system, Organize meetings, Keep records, Arrange travel plans, Typing, Event planning, Prepare reports, Processing expense reports, Take meeting minutes, etc.
    • Making and accepting phone calls; sending memos, emails, and letters on behalf of the executive; receiving visitors; handling scheduling; and more, are some of the inexhaustive lists roles required of the Executive Assistant.
    • The individual must be a strong willed gatekeeper wherever needs arises, making decisions about who gets access to the executive and what information the executive receives directly, and those needed to be redirected or handled in some other way(s). He/she must possess the ability to quickly glean information from those demanding time from the Executive.
    • The individual must be a go-getter with extremely high energy level to multitask and achieve so many daily accomplishments by regularly handling more than one task at a time while keeping tabs on the Executives’ schedules and engagements, and ensure they are all on track at all times.
    • The individual must often conduct research and prepare reports that influence company’s policy directions, and thus must thoroughly understand the construction industry and our role in the industry and across all other sectors of the Africa economy.
    • This role requires extreme high level of Trustworthiness and Confidentiality as the Executive Assistant will always have access to privileged sensitive information and data – the Executive Assistant needs to constantly inspire confidence from the Executive at all times.
    • The individual must be an excellent resource manager – time as a great resource needs to be properly managed at all time.
    • The individual must possess some level of technical engineering creativity and solutions mindset, attention to detail, project management and relationship management – business development skills.
    • The individual must be a go-getter that can achieve targeted levels of sales for the organization through direct projects/clients sales and Channel Partners Sales.
    • The individual will be responsible for Business Development, Sales, Product and Offer Management, Customer Management, Sales and Marketing functions; marketing roles includes all forms of Marketing Communications, Public Communications & Relations, etc.
    • The Executive Assistant will also act as a liaison between the executive and all other stakeholders in provision of professional/non-technical support services for the overall growth and development of the organization.
    • We operate a fast-paced and demanding work environment that requires the Executive Assistant to work beyond standard closing hour amongst other demanding requirements.

    Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

    Education:

    • B.Sc. from a reputable university preferably on a humanities, business and/or numeric subject

    • Less than 1 year experience
