Kuddy Cosmetics - We are a cosmetics company and we deal in all kind of make-up material. We are hiring an E-commerce Executive in Isolo / Ikeja / Festac - Lagos.

Job Description

• Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
• Ensure order to delivery time of products ordered via Kuddy Cosmetics website is time bound at all times
• Ensuring products dispatched to customers are in great condition prior to delivery at all times
• Responsible for front end website maintenance, back-end website maintenance, website prices updating, routine website evaluation.
• Responsible for overseeing graphic designs for website and social media channels.
• Responsible for product description for brands on the Kuddy Cosmetics Website
• Responsible for driving website sales.
• Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
• Ensure that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
• Send tracking numbers to customers where necessary
• Responsible for price and product update of 3rd party Kuddy Cosmetics E-commerce shops, e.g. Jumia
• Assist and contribute effectively to the overall growth and functionality of Kuddy Cosmetics and the E-Commerce team
• Submit a detailed report of all work done at the end of every month

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification.
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years work experience.
